Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of advertising programs is subject to space availability upon receipt of a signed contract or insertion order by Destinations of the World LLC
2. Positioning of the advertisement is at the discretion of the publisher except where a request for a specific position is acknowledged by the publisher in writing
3. The Advertiser agrees to indemnify the Publisher against any criminal or civil liability for the content of the Material submitted for publication. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse to publish any ad, at its sole discretion, and may remove any existing ad from the publication without notice
4. All prices are specified in the Rate Card. All Rates, Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice
5. The Advertiser agrees that the act of forwarding a duly executed Order form is a final acceptance of all Rates, Terms and Conditions for placement of the ad under this Agreement and constitutes a final Agreement between the parties
6. Cancellations or changes in orders must be made in writing and be received by the publisher at least one week prior to the posting date
7. Publisher shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to electronically publish and display an advertisement. In no event shall the publisher be liable for any loss, expense or damages, consequential or otherwise, arising out of publication of such advertisements, including, without limitation, those resulting from claims or suits for libel, violation of privacy, plagiarism, and copyright infringement
8. The Advertiser agrees that the Publisher is not liable for any failure to post or maintain the ad due to any technical or internet connection failure or any Force Majeure event. In case of failure to deliver the ad, the Publisher's liability will not exceed the agreed upon amount of this Agreement for the ad up to the date of breach by the Publisher
9. No conditions, other than those set forth in the Advertise rates, shall be binding on the publisher unless specifically agreed to in writing by the publisher. Publisher will not be bound by conditions printed or appearing insertion orders or copy instructions which conflict with the provisions of the publishing rates
10. The acceptance by periya.com of any order form or other document submitted by advertiser or its agency is expressly conditioned upon advertiser and its agency assenting to the terms and conditions contained in this document. periya.com will not be bound by any terms or conditions appearing on any purchase order, copy instruction, or other document submitted by advertiser or its advertising agency unless these additional or alternative provisions are expressly agreed to in writing by periya.com
